4. SELLER INVITES BUYER TO SUBMIT A NEW OFFER CONTAINING NEW TERMS: Seller appreciates potential
Buyers' interest in purchasing Property. Seller does not accept and rejects Buyer's offer or counter offer. Seller is not
making an offer or counter offer to the Buyer. Instead, Seller invites Buyers to submit a new offer to Seller. Seller suggests
the Buyers' offer be Buyers' highest and best terms offer and include new terms that equal or exceed these suggestions:
5. OTHER BUYERS: Competing potential buyers may make offers at any time. Sellers may distribute offer information.
6. DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING A NEW OFFER: The Seller invites any potential buyers to deliver their written highest
and best term offers at Buyer's convenience or to location at or
before time and date .
Seller intends to review all offers received at any stated deadline. Because potential buyers may rescind their offers or
counter offers prior to acceptance and buyers are not required to submit new offers, Seller reserves the right to make an
offer or to accept, reject, or counter offer any acceptable offer (or counter offer) from any potential buyer at any time.
7. MULTIPLE OFFERS: At time of signing, the Seller
anticipates does not anticipate makes no representation
as to the possibility of competing buyers delivering their highest and best offers by the deadline. Seller desires Buyers to
have a "level playing field" to fairly compete at their highest and best offering terms and so Seller warns Buyers not to use
"escalator clauses" but encourages presenting only the Buyer's highest and best offering terms.
